Rooms were very dirty!!! Cold water only for showers!!! Smell from the water!!! Bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed after several guests!!! Expect hassle with separate floor allocations for family bookings!!!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the War Remnants Museum and saw the stunning Opera House. The location is a big plus. super easy to get around. Pack light though, no lifts and a fair amount of stairs. The airport access was super handy too!
The only downside was the lack of a lift, which made carrying our bags upstairs quite a hassle after a long journey.
